HOLY MOLY. This is by far our favorite restaurant in Prague. The cuisine is mostly classic Czech ingredients used to create more of an inventive modern dish. Another plus to this fun and creative resturant is the atmosphere. Every season they put up new HUGE origami pieces representing either that time of season or maybe a favorite dish.
Eska has an open kitchen concept which is always fun because you get to look down at the busy chefs in action making that special dish all for you!
