Petrin is a beautiful hill in the center of Prague near the castle, which can also make for a nice quick-n-easy hike right in the middle of town. So the perfect afternoon would be grabbing a quick treat at one of our favorite Gelato places, Angelato, just to make sure you have some energy before the hike ;) Then you can either have a nice walk up the hill or even take the funicular to overlook this medieval city on the river.
At the top of the hill you can find Petrin Lookout tower, which is truly just a mini Eiffel tower, that was built back in 1891 as a tourist attraction and still holding true to its original purpose. Other attractions on Petrin Hill include the Rose Garden, Mirror Maze, Cathedral of Saint Lawrence and St Michael Church.
